NEWS: Congressman Greg Casar During Deposition of Hunter Biden: Republicans’ Latest Impeachment Stunt

WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Greg Casar (D-Texas), a member of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, released the following statement after hearing House Republicans’ line of questioning during the deposition of Hunter Biden. 

“Here’s the big revelation so far from Hunter Biden’s deposition: Republican officials will embarrass themselves over and over again with this fact-free impeachment, just because Trump wants them to. Republicans’ key witness has been indicted for lying to the FBI about Hunter Biden and admitted to meeting with Russian operatives,” said Congressman Greg Casar (D-Texas). “After tens of thousands of pages of documents, and hours of interviews with witnesses, Republicans still have zero evidence against President Biden. Yet they continue to embarrass themselves and degrade their office in today’s deposition of Hunter Biden, which has revealed… absolutely nothing.”
